We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. No restocking fees will be charged but you will be required to pay the shipping costs. We must receive product in its original packaging.
If you receive the wrong product, or receive it defective or damaged
Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for these reasons. For these exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s); for straight returns, we will credit you for the original shipping cost.
If you accidently ordered the wrong item, wrong size, etc….
We will exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging in "as-new" condition and do not appear washed, worn, or stained. You will still be responsible for all shipping costs and any price difference. If you are returning for a refund, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method for the price paid for item.
